These SMS Terms of Service govern the text-messaging program operated by Solar Exit Group (a DBA of USO Holdings LLC) — "we," "us," or "our." By opting in, you agree to these terms. Effective date: July 2026.

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Solar Exit Group related to the request you submitted, including messages to schedule and confirm a free, no-obligation consultation, appointment reminders and confirmations, and follow-ups. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional messages about our free consultation service.
2. Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox on our web form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Solar Exit Group at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the requests you submit.
4. Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Solar Exit Group does not charge for text messages, but standard carrier rates apply.
5. Opt Out — Reply STOP. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation and you will receive no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again through our web form.

7. Carrier Liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and use this SMS program.
9. Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy, available at solarexitgroup.stakdsystems.com/privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with any third parties for their marketing purposes.
